Perks and Skills
Due to technical constraints, these perk and skill changes are not configurable from Mod Settings, and are always applied even if Dark Future is disabled. The only perk that would behave in a non-default way even if Dark Future is disabled is Tailwind.
Perks
Several perks have been updated in order to mention their new benefits in Dark Future, or have been slightly adjusted to more closely align to Dark Future's intended gameplay.
Edgerunner
Temporarily negates all of Dark Future's negative status effects while in a Fury state. While in this state, you also gain +1 Nerve with each kill.
Unstoppable Force
Updates the description to correctly note that this perk does not apply to Dark Future's mechanics.
Nerves of Tungsten-Steel
This perk now eliminates the weapon shake when Nerve is low as long as Focus is active.
Tailwind
Tailwind no longer grants +25 Stamina each time that the player Double Jumps or Air Dashes. Combined with adjustments to Stamina Recovery Time, this prevents effectively limitless Air Dashing.
This also replaces the free Air Dash benefit with a -40% Stamina cost reduction (-90% total with previous perks in the tree and the Shinobi Skill).
Skill Progression
The Solo Skill now grants 25 additional Carry Weight at Rank 5 and Rank 25. Previously, this skill granted 50 and 100 additional Carry Weight at Rank 5 and Rank 25, respectively.
